All custom portrait orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Print-on-demand items (like apparel and wrapping paper) are produced by a third-party provider and also require payment in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed info. Note that custom portraits and print-on-demand products ship separately.

**5. Returns and Refunds**

Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, we do not offer refunds or returns on portraits once production has started. See our Return Policy for more info.

We do our best to keep all descriptions, images, and pricing accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel orders if needed.
