**Shipping Policy**

Each custom pet portrait is made to order by hand — no AI, just real paint and love. Please allow **2–3 business days for us to complete your portrait** before it ships.

We ship twice a week — **Tuesdays and Fridays** — via **USPS Ground Advantage** (typically 3–4 business days for delivery).

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help!

**Print-on-Demand Items (T-Shirts, Wrapping Paper, etc.)**

Print-on-demand products are fulfilled separately through our partner, Printify. These ship directly from the print provider closest to your location, and typically arrive within **5–9 business days** of ordering.

Because they’re produced independently, these items may arrive separately from your portrait if ordered together.
